    Default Java 1.6.0_21 x 64 - Windows 7, Add-ins

    Hi.
I have windows 7 enterprise version in the offices but I need to run the Java 1.6.0_21 x 64 so that some users can have access to an external website hosting Maximo version 5.2.
It loads fine with no errors but unfortunately the IE 9 Manage Addin dont show any plugins at all.
    java plug ins.jpg

This is what should be displayed which I got on one machine to work but none of the others. I have checked online and done the usual recommendation but to no avail.
Can anyone provide any giudance as to what the problem maybe.

    Many thanks

This sounds more like an IE question, but we'll see if someone here has experience that may be helpful.

    Good luck, and keep searching.

Not 100% sure - but it could be the version of IE you are using.
Latest is version 11 - I use it with Windows 8.1 and I do not seem to
    get this problem.

It could be a question to ask on the Microsoft Support Forums - they
generally have experts that answer technical questions, and considering
they created the browser - they are the best people to ask
