Thread: Java 1.6.0_21 x 64 - Windows 7, Add-ins

Hi.
I have windows 7 enterprise version in the offices but I need to run the Java 1.6.0_21 x 64 so that some users can have access to an external website hosting Maximo version 5.2.
It loads fine with no errors but unfortunately the IE 9 Manage Addin dont show any plugins at all.

This is what should be displayed which I got on one machine to work but none of the others. I have checked online and done the usual recommendation but to no avail.
Can anyone provide any giudance as to what the problem maybe.
