Welcome to the forum! Please read this topic to learn how to post code in code or highlight tags and other useful info for new members.

Glad that you're here, that your excited about programming, and that you're able to resume your study of Java. I'm sure whatever you think you've forgotten hasn't really been lost or can be quickly regained.

I don't know of sites that offer freelance work, but you should try searching to find those on your own. In the meantime, continue your study and develop a portfolio of your work to showcase your skills and experience.

No, I cannot comment on the availability of programming jobs, especially those in your area, because I have no idea where that is. Do your own research, talk to others in your area in jobs you'd like to have and ask their advice, etc. I appreciate your confidence, but you shouldn't make significant life-changing decisions based on advice you get from a forum like this, or any other for that matter.

A project is not a good way to learn programming. Get a book, start at the beginning, type every example and every chapter problem until it compiles and runs correctly, and come here when you need help. Sophistication is the sum of expertise in many simple things.

thanks for your reply . actually at the first month i hated my major but because of no way back i tried hard and after one and half year i have gone throw the basic and learned them . now i like it because i invested on it. i would like to have my main field for further career. my field has great future if i work like now and last months. if i said i chose my wrong path because i did not followed my childhood dream that i become a pro programmer

i searched a lot but in my major thee is not so much thing with specific programming lanugage, boss faces a problem and find a solver in that section and it does not make sense if i want cover so many software and programming language.

after a google i found the use of java is vast in many field of area ( automation , telecommunication , semiconductor, image processing ,.... )

but i found it in IT section it is even more popular and of course more jobs so i wanted in the left time before i graduate make some money , and improve my protfoli.

anyway, thanks i ask i have any question in this forum , here is so active

if you have any comment please tell me , i appreciate that
