Default Insert Esri feature layer inside Java Android application

I am working with a group that had previously created an android application in Java and would like to associate fields with an Esri feature layer I created using Survey123. Is this possible? If so, how would this be implemented? We are wanting to associate fields within the feature layer that correspond to fields that were already created within our previously created application.

I doubt if anyone on this forum knows anything about those items.
If you don't understand my answer, don't ignore it, ask a question.
