    Default Issue : java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: utf 8r

    Hi All

I have an issue with mail box. Generally it supports utf-8 format that is fine. But now it is throwing an error called java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: utf-8r.
Could you please explain me when this issue occurs, i mean which scenario it will occurs and also what .jar
file supports this kind of format.

    Awaiting for your early response.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Hays.

Finding no information is unlikely or a gross mischaracterization at best. The information you need is likely among the results you received. Only you can mine those results, refine your search, etc., to find the info you need.

i found the information for UTF-8 but not for UTF-8r. I don't know how i can resolve this issue. Earlier we have an issue with utf-7 UnSupportedEncoding exception. That has been resolved
by adding jcharset.jar in to ext folder but now UTF-8r issue is came into picture. I am sure that the user is sending the emails from IPhone/IPad that is the reason it is not accepting new format..

    Regards,
    Hays
