    Senior Technical Support Consultant - J2EE Application Support
    Location: Austin, Texas
    Salary: circa $130,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus
    *Candidates must be living, or have a valid reason to work in Austin, Texas. You must be a US Citizen or have a relevant permit*

    The Company:

    An innovative provider of bleeding edge software to organisations across the globe with an award winning, pioneering leadership team made up of some of the most successful minds of our time. This company is fresh, dynamic and those that know will do anything to work for them! They are looking for an exceptional communicator with extensive experience working with and support clients but more specifically, the applications that they are using.

    The Role:

    You will be providing high level support to a portfolio of prestigious clients and will be analysing complex problems that the support team have been unable to identify. To be successful within this role, candidate but but 'code literate' with sound knowledge of Java/J2EE. You will not be building applications, but the knowledge is required in order to identify problems with the code and communicate this to the development team.

    The Candidate:

    You, the Senior Technical Support Consultant, will be educated to a high level in a relevant discipline and have extensive experience in a similar role. You must have knowledge of Java/J2EE and come from a Technical Support background. You must have an exceptional and enthusiastic command of the English language.

    Ideally you will have experience working above 3rd line/tier support in a 'code support' capacity.
