    Default Good morning

Good morning folks, I study computer science student at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, and a newcomer to Java. I decided to join this forum to see if I can pick up some additional knowledge, and maybe seek help when I get stuck.

I'm looking forward to my time here!

Hi Guinsoo. I've been self teaching Java now for the past couple of years and want to take it to the next level. I'm hoping to start with the Open Univsity here in UK in September, but want to get my teeth into a few projects to learn more first.

During the process I'm going to build a sub-site of my own website which will be dedicated to my Java projects, games, databases, etc, predominantly as a showcase of my work for prospective employers.
