    Exclamation GlassFish Error : No suitable driver found

    Hi guys,

    I am a biginner in Java web application ( glashfish - mysql - jdbc). I am working on a web project from netbeans web site. So , while deploying the application ( after connected the application to the database), I received this message :

    exception

    javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Unable to get connection, DataSource invalid: "java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver found

    Whether you can help me with explanations !!!

    Welcome to the Forum! Please read this topic to learn how to post code correctly and other useful tips for newcomers.

    Explain what you mean by "while deploying the application." Is this a case where it runs fine in Netbeans but not as a jar file?
