dear all I have a question about the socket program

I have a patient who sends a request to a server process (surgeon), the server sends the request to process a donor

I would like to know how this function performed
the surgeon checked all the time that the donor send a message (via a socket)

checked the patient all the time that the server send a message (via a socket)

Hello yacin87,

Please only post your thread once. Posting multiple copies of the same thread in different forums does not help.

I would suggest reading up on Java Networking - Networking Basics (The Java™ Tutorials > Custom Networking > Overview of Networking)

Lesson: All About Sockets (The Java™ Tutorials > Custom Networking)

When you get stuck, please post back.
Please use code tags when posting your code.
