Default prevent all possibilities of resizing jframe

my layout is Absolute and i have jlabel with an image BIGGER than the frame,

on editor (netbeans) it is fine but the time i ran it the frame is resized according to the label size, and i set the jframe to unresizable.

any idea there? :/ also i want it in absolute layout only and remain unresizable

JFrame.setResizable(false); does not stop a layout manager or the code from changing the JFrame's size, it only disables the user's ability to resize the frame.
post the code so someone can see what is happening and better offer advice
