    is there anyway to add greenfoot libraries in eclipse or netbeans

    I don't know what is this 'greenfoot' library. First you must know if your IDE project uses Maven or not (and I don't even know if this library is available as Maven artifact).
    Supposing Eclipse and a non-Maven project, open project properties, section "Java Build Path", "Libraries" tab and add the jar(s) of that library. That's all.

    The Greenfoot package includes the programming environment. I don't know that the libraries and programming environment are inseparable, but I get the impression that they are. There's no mention of adding Greenfoot to other IDEs in the documentation, only that Greenfoot users can easily "transition" to other IDEs, which is a bit ambiguous.
