    i am totally new to programming, and everything posted here seem very difficult to understand
    so i want to know where is it right to start from...
    please can you specify some online resources from e-books to simple exercises so that i will start?

    The Oracle Tutorials are a great place to start. Do an Internet search for those. Search also for Java books. There are a couple good free e-books. You can study Java without a book, but having one helps provide structure and proper order to the topics.

    Accomplishing the above is the first test of the strength of your desire to learn and resolve to get started. I hope you pass.
