how can i increment a data which is an int(not a date) by one after one month?

how can i increment a data which is an int(not a date) by one after one month?

To determine when one month has passed the code will need a place to save the starting time. Every time the program is executed, it would read the starting time and see if one month has passed. If the program is long running, it would need to set a Timer to expire after the one month period.
