    Default any book for java 2d games?

    i am look for a good java 2d game book.

    this book should hava:

    1 - how to create java 2d games
    2- beginner
    3- easy to read
    4- uses japplet for frames to create games.
    - no downloading kits ex stick etc... just java with japplets or frames
