    Default J2EE Download

Hello, I'm newer to programming. I have taken and passed both Python and Java programming. I am now looking to learn J2EE on my own. I know there are tutorials everywhere including one in my text book "Big Java". What I'm needing to know is where I can get the J2EE download from. I have tried to get it from the Eclipse site and it wouldn't install properly. Could some one help me out by posting a link where I could go?
    Thanks
    Currently running: Eclipse 7.1

What specifically did you download? What specifically did they do or not do instead of working properly?

Well, I went onto the Eclipse website and just downloaded the ee portion and it was installing just fine, then it popped up with an error. I checked all the destination locations and the version to make sure I had the right one, but it still failed. I then downloaded tomcat(Apache) and I didn't like how it ran/operated. So, I went into my Eclipse and did an update through the program and also tried to download ee from that, but it didn't work. Could you show me a simple bit of code with ee. Something maybe 40 lines long so I can test it? I may already have it installed and that is part of the problem. I dunno....

You aren't asking *stupid* questions, it's just that a little googling goes a long way. If you're confused about something you find in your research, then we can answer specific technical questions, as long as you provide the details. General "how do I do this" type questions are hard to answer other than to point you to google and the basic tutorials.
