Try turning off "Build" / "Run Topmost" in jGRASP.
If that doesn't help, try running from the command line.
On the help contents look under "How To" (last item in contents) then scroll down to "How To Change the Classpath for Java Programs" and follow the instructions there to add acm.jar to the classpath.
