Angry start fisrtly form log in the window

i have created a new form log in using j2se and mysql.
what i want are:
first, i want my form pop up automatically when start up window.
second, disable start menu on window while the form log in is running.
third, after users logged in successfully, close the form log in and enable start menu in the window.
please give me any examples, if you are.
thanks.

As far as I'm aware, you cannot disable the Windows Start menu purely in Java.
As a work around, you could possibly make a form fill the screen completely so the Start button cannot be clicked, but there are obviousally ways around this.
Please use code tags when posting your code.
