Thread: first app need help

Hello
my name is Yossi and I'm student in the first year of programming sicents
i start before two month the first year in university and i start to learning alote
of math and java
i have some idea for app i want to build
my java skills is not so high but the app i want to build is not high to
the app i want to build need to be with some few graph with the information the user give every day to the program
and after few day its give statistic of the info the user give with graph
and the info need to calculate in the program with some average and % and out for the app graph
i want iPhone and android app but i can start with iPhone only
which software i can built app for iPhone with graph and if its possible in java language mabbey Xcode ?
i can learn another language but i prefer java cuse that what we learn now .
which software i need to use to build app for iPhone and android ?

You sound like a student already. I have been reading up on Java awhile, more so on this forum and found the ideas in programming straight forward. Java is a pretty easy language to grasp. But there is still a lot one could do with it. Like build a weather report or a simulator, as in flight. I guess we're all shooting for the same goal.
