    hi navxxxx,sorry for late reply..just wanted to check if u are able to resolve the problem...
    i would suggesgt make a small DB schemea(nothing but a database table design) then create a SQLs and install mysql ,run it ..once done..create one DBManager(you can name it anything you want) class which creates the DB connection and runs ur SQL queries..Let me know if you find any trouble doing that..
