Default Newbie Java Programmer saying hi

    Hi Everyone,
I am a computer operator with some programming background (COBOL, C, Unix scripting) who has taken it upon himself to learn Java and hope to become a full-time Java programmer in the future. I've already had one problem solved by this forum (thank you Norm) and look forward to learning a lot from this forum.

    Thanks,
    Casey
