Why such useless redundancy?
I spent 2 whole years getting a relative fluency in the Java language and basic jsp using <%%>so I could jump into building more advanced web applications only to find that I need to learn another language when it comes to presenting data with jsp (jstl,expression language,active tags etc). What a mess and what a waste of time. I do not understand anything.

And you used to work in a Telecommunication company? But now cannot work because they've added new information to go with the programs. How much are they paying out employees to work there?
