    Default Java Project

I have been assigned a project in java by the university.

To get to the point, i have to create a web server that is connected with an SQL server and at the same time it has to make some calculations by some devices that will connect to it.

I'm thinking of using Maven from Intellij with the tomcat server but I just do not know how to create the UI. Do you have any suggestions with these tools?
