    Cool turtle graphics

    what is meant by

    throws TurtleException

    pls try and explain in detail..

    Specifically or generally? To learn more about the "throws" keyword, read this and beyond as needed. For the specific explanation of TurtleException, refer to the Turtle Graphics API, your textbook, class notes, etc.
