    Default Dollar Rate

    Respected Sir/Mam,

    This is Sai,
I am facing a situation where i need to get the dollar rate(USD)
    on daily/hourly basis
I don't have knowledge of web services
stil I desperately need that dollar rate
so that I can directly insert those values into database rather than inserting manually
which procedure is better for that
I fetched the code from internet but lack of exact jar files
    I got struck
please tell me the best procedure for this
