networking problem
here is my problem ... first of all im a newbie to java let alone java networking..
besides that
i need to create an application that can monitor a webcam.that is basically control who or what accesses the webcam.. now i was able to figure out a way to monitor the usb devices(webcams are usb devices) and therefore i can monitor that but how do i check if anyone is accessing it.?
if anyone can help me please do
