Define your requirements with more detail than you've given us so far and then search for technologies, tutorials, etc. that will help you rough out a design. When you have a design in mind and some actual code, come back when you need help.
You might start by writing a Student class and then defining in words what the database or file structure is that will store those Student objects. You might search for "java write object to file" and review those results to determine if it's a design approach you could use.
