Default How to copy a java link same as a http link ?

    Hi,

First of all sorry if this is posted in a wrong thread, since I don't know where to put it. (unfortunately not a programmer).

I have a question regarding the possibility of copying a javascript link as much as you would do with a http one. This javascript link generates a report from a website in PDF format, based on the varying data on that website. I want that link that goes to generating that pdf to copy and paste it in a e-mail such that the person receiving it will not have to go through all of my web-based program but just see that PDF file.

Is such thing even possible without any programming gymnastics? An app suggestion would be most helpful...

    Thanks!

    and Cheers!

I've moved this thread to the Computer Support forum.

What exactly do you mean by "javascript link"?

Well I have this software at work called a web-based cmms that generates reports based on some data. These reports are generated when I push a link in the website which when I look at the lower part of my browser (where it usually says www.website...) it says javascript. At which point a new window pops up that generates a PDF file that then has this other icon that says print.
I'm looking to find the pathway that goes directly to that print link, or at least the one that goes to that popup screen with the pdf report.
