Question Making a Better Tip Calculator

I'm trying to develop a better Tip Calculator based on the directions below. I have all the visual elements, but I'm stumped on how to add the code. Any ideas here?

Design a better Tip Calculator Application.
Your App must use a least one Spinner and one Seek Bar.
Your App must allow for preset and user supplied tip percentages.
Your App must calculate the amount split among multiple people
Your App must calculate the tip amount, total amount and amount per person.
