Thread: My friend cant install java plz help

This apperas when i try to install java plz send help. I tried both 32bit and 64bit. Tried restarting and openong as adminstrator and there is no other java version installed in pc. I looked on internet everyone says try doing java option from environment. I did that it still doesnt work. THis problem occurs not when i run java application. it occurs when i am installing java. need help real quick

I get this error box while installing java

Error : Could not create the java virtual machine
Error : A fatal exception has occured Program will exit
