I have tried NetBeans. NetBeans looks to be a good IDE. They have all the functions. Deployment of class files. Making Jar files. Saving Jar files. They have a good editor for the programmer to work on. It says run successful. Then you'll know that the file is good. If you're going to make class files from a IDE and deploy it from that computer, then that wouldn't be a problem. Source file is you. Then there's the destination where the files would go. What website. So you'd be as a developer working with the webmaster of that website. For changes to happen. That would be one example of use for NetBeans. Knowing the files work first, before using it.
