    how to remove stopwords from a input text file?

    Not sure what you mean, but typically, editing a text file and saving the updated version requires:

    1. reading the entire file into memory,
    2. modifying the memory contents,
    3. writing the resulting memory back to the file, replacing what is in the file with the modified version.

    Addition, if the file is very large, read the original file line by line and write the modified lines to a temp file, delete the original and rename temp to original.
