I'm using the SplitPaneDemo code below to display words and corresponding images. I need to be able to play a .wav file when a word is selected. The .wav files have the same name as the word that is selected and only states the word. for example, if the word "book" is selected, the .wav file would be "book" so the children could relate the word, image and the pronunciation of the word all at once. I am using NetBeans IDE 7.0.1, Java 1.6.0_24, WINDOWS XP 5.1. Any help would be appreciated. I have spent several days trying to solve this problem. Thnks in advance.
