The cross posted thread was closed due to the link looking like spam. Their site is legit I play there all the time. They are wondering why java is not as multi platform as it says it is.

If you post some code we might be able to help you. Which games are you experiencing problems with? If you post a link straight to the game without requiring us to log in or sign up for the free account(for those of us who have not done so before) then we could help you more.

Note: I use Google Chrome on Win 7 and have never had problems with any of your games.

Hello PaulMoretti. Welcome to the forums..

Have you had problems with Applets in the past? Are there any errors generated? Does any of it work?

It will be hard for us to pinpoint the problem without being able to see code or test it.
