    Smile How to use Neuroph on Eclipse?

    I decide to use the some packages of Neuroph to train parameters with ANN. Is that possible for me to connect Neurohh with Eclipse and how?
    ps: what is the best ANN software for java?

    Search for a plugin. I don't know that one exists, because I have no idea what you're talking about, but that's where you should start.

    I recommend in the future clarifying your questions, as many here probably don't know what Neuroph is, or ANN for that matter. I presume you mean Artificial Neural Network, and are referring to the Neuroph neural network library. If so, it is simply a jar file that you add to your classpath as you would any other 3rd party library.
