    Default javadoc creation

How can I create a javadoc?
Should I write comments for every class methods and interface?

Yes, the first step is to write "javadoc comments" in the right way for any class/member you want (not necessarily all).
About this, see also (besides link provided by PhHein): javadoc-The Java API Documentation Generator

Then you need to invoke the javadoc tool, either manually (from command prompt) or through an IDE (where there's surely an apposite option).
Note that the javadoc output can be customized in many ways. See official documentation.

    For specific questions, ask.
