Oh not at all! The desired program has no malicious intent at all, it's just for gathering information. In terms of payment, I feel as though the payment is reasonable because the program is not very comprehensive. At the same time, It really won't take long to produce at all, but for someone who's unfamiliar with what I'm looking for, it could take a few moments to familiarize oneself with the small project.
