I want to do SCJP Certification.Please anybody tell me What is the difference between SCJP 5 &6.Which is having more scope and How to apply for the Exam?

SCJP doesn't exist anymore.
Browse the Oracle Certification pages : Java Programmer Certification: Java SE 7 Certified Programmers
I' suggest you have a look at Java 7. Always go for the most recent one.
