What do you mean by "import"? If you mean draw images, then of course we can. What did google tell you?

Actually i meant to say that if we can display picture files in output of java program

What do you mean by output? Do you mean creating image files and saving them to the hard drive? Something else?

i meant to say displaying image of image files in Terminal window or JFrame...
