    because as you can see in list,"longi/lati" position(item of list) are not in in any ascending or descending order,in other word i mean there is no clear pattern of...

    Yes exactly,that when user enter the" longi/lati" position given in list,then program will search the list and find the match of "langi/lati"(which user entered...as "INPUT") for selected detector...
