I've given you a few suggestions. It seems pretty silly to not have access to Oracle, as any other download source will be less trustworthy. But Java is backwards compatible anyway, so I don't know...
Why not? You might be able to find an alternative download site, but you're going to have a lot of trouble if you can't access the Oracle site.
For that matter, why do you think you need Java 1.4...
What site don't you have access to? Google? Or the Java page? Either way, you're in trouble if that's the case.
