I got the solution, the problem was with the the versions of JDK and eclipse, JDK was 32-bit while Eclipse was 64, got fixed after installing 64 bit JDK.... thanks jps for your suggestion anyway........

Eclipse for J2EE installation error
previously , eclipse was working properly but after i restored C Drive, it is not working though i have installed latest JDK. The error when i try to open eclise for J2EE, goes like this
