When you delete a project from inside Eclipse, you are offered the option to "Delete project contents on disk (cannot be undone)". If not selected, the project is only removed from the view of Eclipse but physically is still existent. If selected ..... there's not much that you can do. At most, try with a file recovery system tool (Recuva or similar).

Impossible to say. It depends on what files you moved, whether you moved them using Eclipse's project explorer or your OS's file management tools outside Eclipse. If you moved the files, you should know where you moved them to. If you moved them and Eclipse can't find them, then you can move them back and press F5 to refresh the Explorer. (It might be too late for that, but give it a shot.) Or you can import the files from their new location to an Eclipse project using Eclipse's import feature.

If, as andbin suggests, you deleted the project and the files on your disk, then none of what I've said will be useful until you recover the files.

Oh, and did moving the files around make your work easier?

In the package explorer, right click on the new file you want to run, select "Run" or "Run as . . ." (forget exactly what it says), and then select as an application (if that's appropriate). If "as an application" isn't offered, then that means the code hasn't met the requirements to be an application, no main() method or something. Keep us posted.
