i have to write a java code (i am using netbeans) to extract the data of a pdf and write it into excel sheet can anyone help me please

Welcome to the forums.
First of all, that's not how this works. If you're stuck on a specific part of the problem, post an SSCCE that demonstrates what you're trying to do. Be as specific as possible.
Secondly, you aren't going to get much help by posting things like "urgent help needed". It's considered pretty rude, as there are hundreds of questions here every day, each one of them posted by somebody who is just as urgent and as in need of help as you are. Use a more specific title, in the proper forum (this is the member introduction forum), and you'll be much more likely to receive help.
