Default Just Introducing myself new here

    Hi all,
Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I'm new here in this forum, but have used this forum many times to help me get through different projects that I was having trouble with. Since I felt I needed to leave my appreciation to those who helped and responded to others, I needed to register so I could let everyone know how much this forum has helped me with many different subjects in Java.

I struggle in Java programming and my friend who has hours of programming experience, keeps reminding me that it takes 100,000 of hours to master Java and still you'll be referencing things you've forgotten or things you just don't use much on a regular basis. So I've decided what better way to learn than a Java forum which has helped me and still helps me in getting through my java programming class. I'm not a lazy person, I read my assignments, read the extra book suggested assignments and do the examples and still sometimes I'm still confused when it comes time to do my own project. What I find difficult is that I look at the whole out-come of what is required instead of breaking it down into smaller parts to see if I can produce what's on the project's console in the matter specified. Instead I was making every class I needed and interface and than tried to put it all together at once and I was making it impossible to know what part of my coding was wrong when it was all over the place and wouldn't run because of errors, but which errors or why did the program terminate etc.

Well this is just a small introduction and thank you to all of you who continue to keep this forum open and respond to us who are learning. Most of you are very patient and kind and thank you for that.

    Thank you,
    L.Dreamer
