Hey Guys!

This is my first post here, so I hope that I don't do anything wrong!

My project for my computing degree is to create a league system for a given scenario. I have everything done (mostly) and the data from a alumni database table named (TEAM) is loaded into a jTable on a jForm using the Bind > Elements feature within Netbeans. (I have to use Netbeans and I have to use this feature, cannot create the jTable from code).

The current problem is that I cannot sort the data. Preferably I'd have the table sorted (sql view) as ORDER BY table.Points desc

However I cannot figure out how to do this, and after browsing the internet for a couple of hours and trying random things within the IDE I have arrived here!

If any more information is needed I will be overly happy to provide it!

Thanks in advance for any replies!

--- Update ---

I have solved this problem now! If a moderator could delete this thread it would be great

If anyone ever digs this up ( I doubt they will ) but the solution I came across was to set the teamQuery to "SELECT t FROM Team t ORDER BY (t.points) DESC, (t.difference) DESC, (t.name) ASC". This may seem completely normal, but its different to the SQL I've used before.

Thanks for allowing my post to be put up
