Question SYMANTEC VISUAL CAFE FOR JAVA - NEED SOFTWARE - DOES ANY ONE GOT IT ?

    Dear All,

I have used Symantec visual cafe for java 10 years ago to create easy drag and drop java stand alone applications.
Now its shocking that symantec has stopped it or atleast its not available.
Can any one help me to buy the old used software in Vizag-AP-INDIA or download the dump?
    please help

In case any one knows the similar / alternate to the above is also welcome

    regards

I think this is partly in the wrong section, mate.
Anyway, you could use NetBeans. It provides JFrame and JPanel form which has drag 'n' drop thing.

Actually this is a good reason *not* to use NetBeans' code generation. Who knows if support for it will be terminated at some point, and what then? Better to create your own GUI libraries from the standard Swing libraries and hand-code the GUI's.

I couldn't agree more, but he asked if we know any softwares similar to the one he described.
