Hi Ersan,
As you have already posted this in the JNI forum. I will assume that you have already looked around for libraries for burning CDs within Java and have failed to find any. If this is the case, your next step is to locate a native library, or one for each platform you wish to support. Once you have found a library you then need to write a JNI wrapper for that library which can then be compiled into a JNI header and linked from Java.
If you have never used JNI before I strongly urge you to look over a bunch of online tutorials, and take you time to research and perhaps create a couple of simple examples to practise before looking at wrapping what could potentially be a large library.
The following tutorial is fairly comprehensive and should get you well on your way.
