Debugging

Hi all, I need help in resolving an issue with debugging. I am using Netbeans IDE 6.7.1
A few days back I was able to debug the Main.java after invoking the debug mode (and using the stepping facilities). However, now I am unable to do the same. I am getting the Thread.java[r/o] window and I can only step thru this window and not the main. Can anyone help me please. Please bear with me as I am only 1 week old on Java...thanks
