Looks good. Very interesting...
Know there are a few budding game programmers here so i'm sure you will get some interest
I'm willing to help. Send me a private message or email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
I'm curious. PM me or email me at email@example.com
I build automation programs for a commerical airline, so I might be some help. I havent done any substancial game or 3D designing however.
Thanks for your quick responses guys...
As I said, I'm no java programmer so I'm not really the guy to talk too when it comes to the sim engine.
I have however been around some time in the online combat flight sim genre.
I've witnessed the decline of it over the last 10 years...I've taken part in another community driven sim and learned from the mistakes made there.
This enterprise won't fail...it has too much that's right about it to fail.
Guys, you need to talk to Paul... if you don't mind I'll invite you to a Skype discussion with him.
My skype account is brt93yoda (lol) have him send me a friend request, and I should be on tomorrow.
I'm simon.bomber on Skype
Anyone else interested just say hello and I'll introduce you to Paul.
There's no obligation to get involved....this is a hobby and so you must enjoy it
If members of the forum get involved in the project, would it be possible to please add a link to the forums on the website?
I could kiss you
Ah that'll teach me to comprehend what's written.
A link from our sites to here.....
I wrongly thought the other way around....links from here to our sites.
It's a thought though.
And of course we'd be happy to have a link to here.
I'm sure that can be arranged. Your links are already being promoted here in this thread
A link to these forums on your websites would also be great!
Always good to spread the word.
As you can see from this graphic java is the dominant language
So the more the merrier.
I sent one......
Getting Kevin, mekgp to introduce himself... he's on Skype now
