    Default great place to start

Where is a truely easy place to start learning Java? So many books are so fast and dont make any sence. Is there a website that has good tutorials. I have gone through the ones on Sun Microsystems and they are very good. Just wondering if anyone knows of a more basic website with good tutorials a bit slower.
